Anuj Bhagwati is the Managing Director of A.T.E. Enterprises in Mumbai, India, and a Director of its affiliate companies. His business background is in textile engineering, clean technology and printing and packaging. He has experience across all areas of small and medium enterprises. He is involved with creating technology based businesses in textile engineering; energy-efficient cooling; waste-water treatment; remote monitoring; SHE in printing and textile; and small concentrated solar thermal.
His non-profit engagements are mainly in urban planning, governance and education. These include the Urban Design Research Institute, Mumbai (Trustee), the Kalaghoda Association - (Executive Committee member), the Praja Foundation (Trustee), the K J Somaiya Trust (Trustee), and the Cornell University Council (Member).
Kavita has over eight years of experience in the Development Sector in India. She provides mentoring and coaching to social entrepreneurs to develop, build and scale up their organizations. While working at UnLtd India, she coached over 15 entrepreneurs.
Previously, she has led the employee engagement program at EdelGive Foundation by facilitating structured volunteering programs, site visits and fundraising between NGOs and Edelweiss employees.
She has also co-presented a paper at the Ideas for Sustainable CSR contest at IIM-Bangalore. Kavita holds a Bachelors in Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources.
Unaiza Merchant is a full time writer who dabbles in graphic design and digital marketing. Universe Simplified is a special project for her and she loves being able to share the magic the kids create in class with a wider audience.
When she isn't creating stories, she can be found catching up on the latest Bollywood gossip and irritating her two cats.

Sonali has completed her Bachelors in Science (IT) and is planning to pursue Masters in Social Work. She strongly believes that education is the best way to bring about an improvement in the society.
She loves teaching, reading, dancing and traveling.

Meet Anna, hailing from Goveli, Maharashtra, where he worked closely with Magic Bus for over 6 years! He is passionate about making a change and hopes to take his fellowship learnings to his village, which will take our concept of education further. He will mainly be working with our hub at Dahagaon.

Sreepriya is from Kochi, Kerala. After studying Computer Science, she briefly interned at Baker Hughes, before setting up Pehia Foundation back in Kerala, that encourages gender minorities to code. She is passionate about teaching and is excited to know more about how children learn and implement STEM concepts, especially computer science.
Co-founder/ Program Director
Meera is a Physics graduate from Mumbai University. She has always been a tinkerer and believes strongly in learning by doing. She has more than six years of teaching experience. Along with being a Outreach specialist for HeroX, she is also the co-founder of “Stargazing Mumbai” through which she organizes various events for popularizing science and astronomy.
Meera is an avid solo backpacker and enjoys reading and learning new things.
Henna is an engineer and an MBA with a passion for transforming how education is traditionally thought of in schools. She strongly believes that all children are born curious and their true potential can be achieved only when they are given a platform where they are allowed to question, explore, tinker and be given ownership of their own learning.
In addition to astronomy and science, Henna loves backpacking to rural/ offbeat places.
