Universe Simplified, a Mumbai based non profit organization, has been conducting hands-on science and astronomy workshops across schools in Mumbai since the past three years.
The organization is now setting up Innovation Hubs within schools on a once a week basis for hands-on, inquiry driven education. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) based curriculum gets children to “build” projects which are based on real life applications.

Through the Innovation Hubs we intend to bring about:
1. A deeper understanding of how science and technology can be applied to address our local and global challenges.
2. Innovation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
3. A spark of curiosity and building up of self confidence.
4. Collaboration based learning.
